Keramiekmuseum Princessehof

Step inside the Princessehof, an 18th-century city palace in the middle of Leeuwarden's historic city center. The Princessehof is a true maze of halls, rooms, staircases and attics, each with its own dating, style and function.

In 1917, collector Nanne Ottema was given access to the city palace. He then established the Princessehof Ceramics Museum. Today the museum has a rich collection. The emphasis is on European and Asian modern ceramics.

There is more than enough to see and do in the Princessehof museum. For example, you can take workshops, get guided tours and attend lectures. As a student, you already have an entrance ticket for only €8. Are you younger than 18? Then admission is even completely free! More information about tickets and exhibitions can be found at https://www.princessehof.nl/bezoekinfo.
