Will you be the fastest student in Leeuwarden?

LOOP Leeuwarden is the largest running and walking event in Fryslân. Every year, thousands of participants line up at the starting line. The route takes you through the charming city of Leeuwarden and its surroundings. The 19th edition of LOOP Leeuwarden will take place on Sunday, 10 May 2026.

We have a special deal exclusively for 500 students: you can register for the 10KM for only €10! (normally €30). That means a €20 discount! You will receive a free running T-shirt, you will run in our own student wave (a separate starting area filled with only students), and there are prizes to be won for the fastest students.

Would you like to run a different distance?
As a student, you can of course run a different distance. In that case, you will receive a 10% discount on your ticket through us. The discount will be automatically applied in the webshop, so you will immediately see the correct price.
